Pray for a sale

The last time my parents sold a house, it was when the Arizona real estate market wasn't so hot. They rented the house out, if I remember correctly, and it sold a few years later.

From what I understand the real estate market has been slumping a lot lately, which is why I am constantly praying that my parents house sells soon. Their neighborhood is similar to the one I live in, with out the historic restrictions we have. Very multicultural and economically diverse.
