My mom is in Florida, but her house is in Ohio... waiting to sell.

I am really praying hard my parent's house sells quickly because I really don't like the idea of my mom in Ohio and my dad in Texas. I haven't bothered to ask her how the house is doing since she is busy doting on a new grandbaby and all. But I do wonder how it is going.

Maybe my parents should have signed up for a real estate agent via ePERKS.com. They could get cash back- up to 17% cash back if they use one of the realtors in the Dayton, Ohio area- when their house sells.

I just hope the house is sold quickly. Then my mom can start ruling the roost in Texas.
