Outpost Earth

One of the lessons I am learning about blogging is that it is important to get people to visit your site. One of the ways to do that is to sign your sites up with internet directories.

A week ago I signed up both this blog and Chattanooga Is Home at www.Outpost-Earth.com. I have seen some traffic show up here because of adding my site there.

It is great because when I signed up, I was able to set the location of my blog (Tennessee) and the topic (Family & Children), so when people go to Outpost-Earth, they can find my blog through either channel. There is a down side because you have to create a whole new account per blog. But that is ok, I'm still out there.

It is free to anyone to join, and like I said, I have seen some traffic come to our site via Outpost-Earth. You should try it too!
