No drama before Momma has her coffee

When I was working I never got to watch morning news shows.

Now that I am at home, I could watch them, but I prefer for Fuller to watch Sesame Street. I can get my news from the internet.

Today Fuller was playing, not watching anything, so I thought I would switch to my old favorite, The Today Show. And now I know that it is a good thing I let Fuller was Sesame Street and I don't bother with the morning news anymore.

Campbell Brown was talking with some person about Anna Nicole's death and the upcoming paternity test that will determine who gets to raise Anna Nicole's daughter and in turn gets to control the little girl's half a billion dollar inheritance. They had a chart with pictures and all the possibilities out there.

I don't care about Anna Nicole. Sure I think it is sad that the baby will grow up without her mother, but really that drama is not what I want to watch in my morning news. And I really don't want to watch it before I have had my morning coffee.

So we turned off the TV and are listening to Johnny Cash instead. I can handle Folsom Prison Blues even before my coffee is ready.
