Alabama vs. Auburn

Tonight it is great to be an Auburn Tiger!

Damon keeps repeating that he kept saying all week that it would be a blowout. (Though I thought a blowout was where your opponent didn't score anything.) It was an exciting game and the result was perfect. Of course, the game was over before the first quarter was over, but there are rules to follow.

War Eagle!

I think you're thinking of "shutout" which is indeed a goose egg for the other guys. a blowout is just a good old fashioned trouncing.

Go Bucs! I called and talked to mom and dad and dad informed me that the Auburn game was indeed being aired here in OH. Good ole CBS was airing the game, so I caught the last half while making some pumpking bars I saw paula dean make this morning. The just came out of the oven. hope they taste good.

auburn sufficiently whooped-up on bama and i was not surprised. it was also so very nice to see gtech shut the mouths of a very over-rated miami this evening.
