Walk the line
I promise I am not competing with the Wiegers, it is just that our goal (getting our sons to walk) each have deadlines that are so close together. I want Fuller to be walking by the time we go to Florida for our Thanksgiving camping trip. They want Caleb walking by the time their baby girl is born. Looks like we are both heading to meeting those deadlines, or being very near them.
Last night Fuller walked from his room all the way into the Living room. And he was moving around on his feet much more than on his hands and knees. Then he got tired and wouldn't do much of anything other than lay on his stomach, moaning.
(And for you relatives our there- I tried to get some video of it, but the lighting was very bad. Yeah, that's it. The lighting. It was bad. Ok, so I didn't take the time to bring out the camera. Maybe you can pressure Damon into shooting some video later.)
With a glimmer of hope, I purchased Fuller a harness buddy. It looks like a monkey, so I keep telling Fuller he has a monkey on his back. He actually likes wearing it and the backpack option will keep some of his crackers close by when we travel.
This growing up thing sure is lots of fun. Let's see how long it will take Fuller to figure out how to run. I hope it isn't until he is sixteen.
That is so exciting. And cute (I will only imagine how cute since there is no video) Those darn lighting issues.
